Steven joined Slate in 2019 and is helping to lead Slate's development efforts. Through his experiences in design, construction, and development Steven has a well-rounded knowledge of the built environment. He currently oversees all aspects of mixed-use development at Slate from initial conceptual planning to project completion and stabilization, and is passionate about integrating great design with development to build better urban spaces.
Alexis joined Choice in 2016, and has extensive experience in the Real Estate Development Industry, specializing in both Design and Planning. She leads the Plan Dixie project collaboration with Slate.

As Managing Director of Urban Equation, Jenny provides both real estate development and sustainability advisory across North America. Her unique background allows her to generate unique value propositions that engage all aspect of development – including impact in sustainability with a positive financial return. Jenny sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Green Building Council and was recently recognized for leadership in Sustainable Design through her nomination to the City of Toronto’s Design Review Panel.
